Using your personal campaign links
If you have already joined the Worcester campaign, you do not need to register again.
When you registered, Noise Pollution UK sent an email to your verified email address containing your personal campaign links.
Find your campaign email
Look for the registration email from Noise Pollution UK.
If you cannot see it in your inbox:
- check your Junk or Spam folder;
- search your mailbox for Noise Pollution UK;
- check the email address you used when you registered.
Please keep this email, as it contains the links you need to take part in the campaign.
Your personal campaign links
Your email contains links to:
1. Sign the campaign petition
Use this link to add your support to the Worcester campaign petition.
You normally only need to complete the petition once.
2. Complete your Resident Noise History & Baseline
This records your longer-term experience of the noise and the effect it has had on you and your home.
You normally complete your Resident Noise History & Baseline once, when you first join the campaign.
3. Complete your Monthly Noise Report
Use your Monthly Noise Report link to tell us how the noise has affected you during the relevant monthly reporting period.
A new monthly reporting link may be provided for each reporting period.
When should I report?
If the noise continues to affect you, keep a simple note of relevant dates, approximate times, the type of noise you heard and how it affected you.
Use the appropriate Monthly Noise Report for that reporting period to provide your resident evidence.
You do not need specialist equipment or technical measurements. A clear account of what you experienced is useful.
Keep your links private
Your campaign links are personal to you.
Please do not forward them to friends, neighbours or other residents. Anyone else wishing to take part should register separately and receive their own personal links.
Can’t find your campaign email?
If you have checked your inbox and Junk or Spam folders and still cannot find it, contact Noise Pollution UK for help rather than registering again.
