How residents can take part
If you hear industrial noise that may be associated with Severn Trent’s Worcester Sewage Treatment Works, please report it.
Reports can be submitted while the noise is happening, shortly after it stops, or retrospectively where you can provide the approximate details.
You may report anonymously or provide contact details where follow-up would be helpful.
Join the Worcester campaign

Once registered, we’ll email you your personal campaign links to:
- Sign the campaign petition
- Complete your Resident Noise History & Baseline
- Complete your Monthly Noise Report
Registration only takes a few minutes and helps us build stronger resident evidence about the impact of the noise.
Your personal campaign links will be emailed to you after you register and should not be forwarded to anyone else.
